In the summer another graduate, Hanne Røgeberg Utheim, was recruited as Admin & HR Coordinator. Hanne holds a BSc in Psychology with a thesis in Work and Organizational Psychology and a MSc in Management of Change. Her MSc thesis focused on learning and the organizational culture in small and medium businesses during change processes. Hanne has a great interest in the psychosocial work environment and sustainable organizational development.
During her masters Hanne has held volunteer positions both within the student sports team and her student society. In her spare time Hanne runs a bookblog and thus have way too many books in her possession, knits, and spends time with her family and friends.
